Just cancel your service and start new under a different email and/or name (wife, partner, dog, cat). Been doing that for probably 30 years between DirecTV, Fios & Comcrap. My Comcrap just "started over" a few weeks ago for the 3rd time since moving down here. Don't waste time or energy dealing with them, do it all online. And to make it easier never use an @comcast.net email for yoursef, just use gmail or wahoo or whatever.
