You say that the course set up was tough but as I said, nine out of the top twelve broke 70. Westwood hit two balls in the water and several in the trees. He made a boatload of par saving 8-10 foot putts. He was13 under for the first three rounds. That's an average of 4-1/3 under pre round. That means that he was 4-1/3 shots worse in his final round. Even if he was two shots worse and shot 70 he would have won. He played poorly and lost the tournament.
