Our friends have passed or moved and we need a new circle of friends. Is it too late at 74 to find a new group of friends. Are most of TV residents going to be much younger?
Advice please---
Most will be younger, but you should still come. There is plenty of friends to meet in that age group and many activities available. People are living longer (many to 100) and if you-2 are healthy, maybe you would go that long - you have to be someplace until then and TV Land is better than most. TV Land is NOT cheap to live in, but it is less costly than many places up north. So, you need to calculate how to make your retirement and savings last long enough. It is very possible to function here without an automobile and just a golf car for transportation - so, that can save some money. Many people believe that it is best to rent here for up to one year before you buy in order to locate yourselves in the best Village and type of house that suits you. ,Hope that helps some.
