Let's not make this a competition between the "south Villages" and "north Villages." The last thing we want to do is get political about it. We have enough of that going on in this country. There are advantages to living in both areas, and it depends on what the buyer is looking for. To say that the "old neighborhoods" near the squares are not as nice as those being built now is ridiculous. Many people value the mature landscaping, home upgrades, convenient access to health care, and quieter neighborhoods "up north." One of the prettiest areas is the drive north up Buena Vista from the Savannah Center to Nancy Lopez Country Club. The village of Harmeswood is especially lovely. The best thing to do is to come visit, look around carefully, meet some of the residents, and make up your own mind.
