It is NOT late.. my advice to you is select your village (neighborhood) wisely. Many times it is best to buy a preowned home. New homes, in new neighborhoods are occupied with newly retired people (mid fiftys to mid 60s) along with their adult children. That is children who have accomplished nothing in theier life and live free on mom and dad. TV started in the historic section. Residents are in their late 70s to 80s. As each village is built newly retired people buy and move in. My wife and i live in Sable Chase, near sumter landing. It was built in 2006. All of the residents are in early to mid 70s. I am 71 and all of my neighbors are of the same age. 1/2 mile from my home is 3 pools 2 recreation centers. Homes have had many upgrades. Finished landscaping, i installed an $8,000 hicory flooring etc. Good luck and God bless you.
