I don't think it's too late! If I could do it over again, I would've taken the advice of our sales agent and moved to a newer section. The people are "younger" or have a new attitude. They are happy to be moving in and can't wait to neet new people and have fun!! Some may be younger and some may be older. I wouldnt worry about age, just focus on having a great time and life your life to the fullest!
