I disagree with almost everything you have said. We purchased last year at 80. We live in the Village of James (all new homes) in Monarch Grove. The ages vary here but I doubt there are many under 72. Since we were all new, we all wanted to make friends. It is a wonderful neighborhood full of fun, fascinating folks.
