Restaurants hare having an extremely hard time finding employees due to expanded unemployment compensation and to keep service at least to a minimum they have to hire whomever is available even if under normal circumstances they would not have hired them for one reason or another. Give them and all restaurants a second or even a third chance as some of these employees cannot not be trained as quickly as others. As far as the taste of the food being served, that is a management problem and it should be addressed by going directly to management.
