That should be left up to the businesses. If they don't offer a fair wage they won't get good workers and will soon learn their lesson. When I was in business my workers were getting $15.00 for doing hard heavy work. If minimum wage went to $15.00 I would most likely lose half of them as they would simply go find and easier job meaning I would have to got up to $20.00 to keep them. Multiply that times millions of workers in this country and who is going to pay for all of that? Be thankful that there is no inflation at this time LOL.
