The FL contractor who called into the talk show said he gives his remodeling etc bid to homeowners with a 48HOUR provision that it will need to be renegotiated if not locked in - 100% because of material prices... yikes. He commented that he also went to Autozone for an air filter - DOUBLE this year, and cans of spray paint same. .... hunker down folks.
