Not confusing at all, I was very clear in my reply. I think your "Extensive Investigation" is paranoia and based on the few replies you received you should not be at a loss in trying to understand the logic in my reply. To me buying a new home is not an investment, the stock market is and that does require "Extensive Investigation" Bye the way, those that jumped in without time consuming extensive investigation have seen a dramatic rise in the value of their homes no matter where it is located and while we are enjoying the financial gains of early buying we have lots of time to investigate before buying our next home. Jump in before it's too late.
