LOL! Where did I mention an "original downspout" that needs to be REPLACED? That's because there never was a gutter or a downspout on that side of the garage and the landscaper had nothing to do with it not being there because it never was there which is why I am looking for (as is the subject of this thread): " Anyone know of local handyman to install 1 piece ~9' gutter & a downspout ?
