Thank you all for your suggestions! I found a local gentleman who stopped by this morning and who will be taking care of it for me tomorrow. Rarely do you find someone who says "I will be there at xxxx" and actually is!
If all goes well (or if it doesn't) I will post "review" & name when job is completed tomorrow so anyone who might need him can contact him.
RE: Apps/sites like Thumbtack dot com .... like Angie's list (now just called Angi) and others like it I find it to be a waste of time at least for a small job. You put in a request and get spammed from folks wanting large jobs. Those are the perfects apps to use "throw-away" email addresses. There are plenty of able folks right here in town who are highly capable.
