Default Should NNSCUDD purchase Sumter Water Conservation Authority (SWCA) for $111,800,000
In 2015, one valuation for the purchase of SWAC was around $60 million and the other at $81 million. When NSCUDD purchased CSU in 2019, the increase in finial purchase price from the 2015 valuations was not as large of an increase as the board faces today with the almost $112 million dollar purchase figure for SWAC.

How much irrigation water rates will need to be increase in the SWAC area is one question I will ask about this purchase at this price.

Please take a look at the figures. If you have questions, please attend this meeting as staff wants the board to OK the purchase at this price during a special meeting Thursday, July 22, at 9 A.M. at the Savannah Rec Center.
