I wouldn't worry, about it. When was the last time you heard of a law that protected your right to do what you want with your property, over the rights of an anonymous mob to tell you what you can't do with it? Just for fun, you might want to take a look at the second sentence of the original post or the link at the bottom of that post.
Someone else might point out that those anonymous snitches are simply reminding you of what you agreed to when you purchased your property.
