Yes residents pay for country club pool use, they are NOT part of the amenity fees. Your amenity fees have NOTHING to do with the country clubs, they are owned and run by the developer. Has been that way for the 10 years I have been here. BTW the resident DO NOT pay for every drop of water used. Businesses pay for their own water use.
