The devil is in the details. Response on this site is OPINION most are pseudo-names.
Most are well intentioned but of no binding value. Some are just the class fool who never grew up. I would not tell anyone you are not home. I would contact Jacobs. I would contact the water department. I would again contact the CDD. They may well be trying to research your first request.
