The Villages has about 70,000 people. Are you concerned that every city over 70K across the US has low water pressure? I am not sure I follow your issue. This "city" was built over the past 20 years. NY, Chicago, Boston, etc were built over the past 200 years. Do they have water pressure issues? Today the infrastructure is sized for the build out planned, not as almost every other city across the world has done and build as you go. My guess would be the problem will hit a lot of other places before here.
