The government/Big Brother should NOT be the one to decide which one is legitimate and which one isn't. There is no such thing as "the science." Scientific truth evolves as time passes. (Are masks helpful or not? Do COVID survivors need to be vaccinated? Which vaccine is better.? etc. etc.) In the meantime, we need for the scientists to continue to research and to report on what they find to the scientific community and the public. And ALL of that research needs to be available to the public.
With respect to "the Government/Big Brother should not get to decide which one is legitimate". WWWEEEELLLLLL, WE, here in the US of A do pledge allegiance to America every day in grade and high school. And we are required to register for a possible military call to arms. And we do vote every 4 years for President. And the Federal Government defends our stupid as*es from ALL enemies, foreign or DOMESTIC. So, YES....BIG YES the government DOES GET TO DECIDE which one is legitimate. To FEEL and THINK otherwise is subjective ANARCHY!!!!!!
