South of 44 you have I75, Hwy 301 and the turnpike in addition to train noise so it isn't as quiet as those places I cited above 466A. Warm Springs Avenue is a heavily traveled road and 301 has a lot of truck traffic. CR 44 is also heavily traveled by trucks and cars. CR 470 is also a route that has a lot of truck traffic along with cars. It's going to be hard to find a really quiet place south of 44, however there are some areas that will be reasonably quiet but not like the "cemetery" I mentioned earlier.

We have lived in Fenney for well over 4 years and there is no traffic noise on our street that would come from any of the roads you mentioned, and I 75 doesn't come into play in any of the southern villages, the only noise would be from local traffic that everyone has. There are homes that are near to Warm Springs and I would assume they hear the traffic but the homes in the central section of Fenney are very quiet. Now they are selling in Hammock of Fenney and the homes that are on the east side along the golf courses will be quiet, the west section will be nearer to 301 and will have some traffic noise during the day. Another note regarding 301, 44, and warm springs, traffic is very light after 6:00 PM
