It all boils down to how you talk with, the way people are leaving jobs for other jobs today makes you wonder how anything gets done right. When we switched over to Comcast/Xfinity, everything went perfectly, the tech was great, gave us a lot of tips on how to use things that Spectrum didn't include, never had a problem with it so after our 2 years we re-signed for another 2 years just recently.
