You can find the powdered Mexican seasoning Tajin in the international aisle of Publix. Use whatever beer is on hand. I just scored some New Belgium Voodoo Ranger on a BOGO at Publix. Once in a while, I’ll sneak a scant shot of vodka in there too.

New Belgium Voodoo Ranger?? Never heard of this one. Good? Will Red Stripe work as well?
