Depends on the mail
However We have more than one property, and mail at the same time, different envelopes. Not one check hits my bank of the same day when mailing at the same time. They batch deposits, if I mail around the 15th it’s usually up to 10 days before check hits my bank. But if I mail on the 25 or later, they deposit daily, so check has hit my account in 2 days. Now if you do a drive by with them, check usually hits my bank in 24hours
