I would look at several different videos and compare what is said.
"I have a 13," not sure what you are saying 13 megapixels? Read the instructions with the camera, surely you can turn down the number of pixels and your images will load and transmit faster as well as store more images on the same size memory card.

I never mentioned megapixels, I have a new Apple iPhone 13 and it does not work with my computer or with card readers either, in my opinion its is a POS compared to the earlier Apple phones that I have had.
