Default Arctic Freeze
About 20 ships are stuck in surprising Arctic ice build up. Nuclear and Diesel powered ice-breakers are being sent to rescue those stuck. It may take more a week to rescue. (See thebarentsobserver DOT com article ... "two icebreakers are on the way".) Wind and Solar powered boats are unable to assist.
