I looked up the actual specs for this cart vs a new Quiettech-
The UMax is only 2 inches wider, 4 inches taller, and has less than 2 additionally wheelbase inches. The total length is about 18 more inches, but that should only affect perpendicular parking.
I'd say buy it if you like it. The only places to be careful are lower tunnels in the north. The Villages is home to many lifted golf carts with wider than stock wheels. They seems to get along fine.
