I just finished talking to Embarq.

Triple play is $140.00 per month with no activation fee.

Unlimited long distance
3.0 mpb internet
200 channel Dish network.

Or Triple play $129.00 with 100 channels and $99 activation fee.

Vacation off cost is $8.50 per month for phone and $5.00 per month for Dish. You are charged $9.95 to start back up when you return.

Also if you're a frog you can get 24 month package and get $25 off for six months. She didn't recomend that opition for snowbirds.
