Society has decided to encourage people to get vaxed because of the well understood benefits (despite the protests of several stable geniuses on this forum) of the vaccine. You are, however, given an out - you can get tested to "prove" that at some point you did not have the virus. For a long time, the gov and many businesses even footed the bill. Footing the bill is stopping, at least for testing, in come cases.

So, to summarize

A company is withing their rights to insist that all employees be vaxed or tested regularly.
A person can refuse to be vaxed and or tested if they chose.
If the company and the person cannot find common ground, they are free to part ways

"Common ground" might include "the company agrees to pay for testing" or in might not.

No one is forced to do anything.
