I think The Villages has a clandestine alligator department that brings in alligators from all over the area just to give the ponds more "swamp ambiance."
Never could figure how some of them get into some of the man made ponds on the golf courses that are miles from any natural swampy areas . Do they walk down the Morse MMP from Lake Sumter?
