Interesting. How do you know that the "numbers are understated" if those without symptoms do not get tested? If they do not get tested, how do you know they have covid? If they have no symptoms, and they do not get tested, then they do not have covid UNTIL they have been proven to have Covid. The only way to prove it is for them to be tested, right? You are ASSUMING, as we all do that a lot more people have covid than are tested. But, without certifiable proof via testing, the premise that the numbers are understated is ONLY a guess.
