But, don’t we have enough vaccine for everyone in the US? It is only a degree of scale to compare to Portugal. As an elementary teacher I remember some immigrant fishing village Portuguese parent marking the report card with an “x” because they could not write their name. Yet, I would venture, they are not any less “intelligent” than we are.
