Have been very happy with them in all the states we lived in and have never had a problem. They are prompt and professional. We have always seemed to get our money back and more by using them. We pay a yearly fee of a few hundred dollars (not sure of amount as my husband pays it) and then a $100 co- pay if they come to the house. We have had older homes in the past with older appliances and I don't think it matters how old an appliance is. Well worth it to us. I have never heard of the company you are referring to.

We had AHS in KY. It covered sewer system, you name it. Got a new frig. when the icemaker was spitting out sytyrofoam. We have it from Broward here.
