In addition to the smell, don't downplay the turnpike noise, which is oh so close to Hawkins and all the other new Villages being developed over there, especially Deluna (Phase 2) where you can shake hands with the drivers on the pike from some of those houses being built. There are quite a few who are blinded by the fact they will be so close to Brownwood and Sawgrass Grove and then have buyer's remorse. Always ensure you do your due diligence. IMO, they may be better off looking North of 44A, or in Chitty Chatty if they are looking for a Villa with a view.

Chitty Chatty has 4 lane highways on 2 sides of it and a huge power line right down the middle. It is the only village where the developers are discounting new homes as they can't sell them where other new homes are being sold as fast as they can build them. Phase 2 of DeLuna goes pretty far south of the turnpike so only the northern section will be noisy and those homes will be well discounted making great deals for those that are not bothered by the road noise.
