When he agreed to accept the millions of dollars he's made playing in PGA events, part of the contract was, and still is, that the PGA owns the images from its events. You don't like that because you like Phil...
So I ask, are you upset that Colin Kaepernick and OBJ [NFL], and LeBron James and James Harden [NBA], and Aaron Judge [MLB], and PK Subban [NHL] also might have no rights to images from games they play??
Part of how professional leagues make money is by owning and selling images of their product. And the money they make is part of why they can then pay the players so much. Phil wants it both ways... he wants high payment for playing, and he wants to control his own images if your statement is correct that such is his concern.
He is free to sell his face for commercial profit, and he does, a lot. He just is not allowed to use PGA event images. Poor Phil.
