Not worth it!
You will only recover a portion of the cost. It might improve salability but in this current market I think that would be insignificant. Besides, if you pick SS - the buyer may want with black, pick black and they want black SS ... Many buyers here change many/everything when the move in. If YOU want SS or black, that's different, but not to improve resale.
