Why, why, why?!!! Some people are SO inconsiderate. Improper disposal of animal waste is one of my pet peeves (oops, bad pun). Two others that rank right up there-cigarette butts
(they never decompose) and chewing gum (it sticks to your shoes and makes a real mess). Most times it's a matter of walking just a few feet to properly dispose of the items. So many smokers step out of their car, drop the butt and stomp it out (maybe) or let in burn (usually) rather than carrying it a few feet to the store entrance where the ashtray is
! Or,even worse, I've seen some dump their entire ashtray onto the ground right outside their car!
Perhaps we could find out where the "gentleman" lives that threw his waste down the storm drain and arrange for that drain to empty onto his lanai!
