Anyone who considers "KIN" insurance just make sure the quote you are getting is not for "depreciated value" rather than "replacement value" (unless that is what you actually want) for any possible future roof replacement. They kinda "slipped that in" to my quote which started off a lot cheaper than my current provider but when put back to full replacement value was about $12 less than what I am currently paying for a 2/2 Colony and so far minimal increases over the last 2 renewals (under $25 each) which of course could change this July. Bottom line is make 100% sure you are getting "apples to apples" quotes for ANY AND ALL COVERAGES from any company you check not "apples to kumquat" quotes. The online quotes likely may not be the coverage you currently have assuming of course you want the same coverage. People just throw numbers around here in these endless insurance rate quote topics and unless you know exactly what coverages are being quoted it means nothing.
