Contact a The UPS Store. Back in NJ we (not me, our store) shipped one by UPS
freight. It was 7-8 years ago so I have no recollection of the cost. All traces of gas had to be removed if it's gas and I assume batteries need to be removed IF LITHIUM. They palletized it and wrapped it in shrink wrap. No, it won't go in the regular UPS truck that you see every day
and maybe they don't even do it anymore. We shipped truck motors and all kinds of weird stuff.
Probably best off calling their freight dept because the store people likely won't have a clue. Our store had a good manager.
It definitely can go common carrier of some sort.
