Truth is (my unpaid opinion), we do not know what Russia is up to. All media outlets are telling their scripts....We cannot help Ukraine without causing damage to their country (sanctions, blah)....from what I can see, they (Putin) are trying to put back what was lost in the cold war....or at least part of it.
