Centerwell has decided that my wife & I no longer should see our nurse practioner ( dr left and have been appointed a new one - no problem there)....we have spent years getting to know our np and have a great working relationship with her.....when I asked at the checkout desk "who can I speak to about this we could at least make an effort to keep seeing her I was told you can't, there is no one to talk to and after pressing (nicely) basicly to go away (rudely)....How do I appeal this or at least try?
