My Brooklyn friend sent us a cheesecake from Junior’s. And, Wow! This Ohio girl has never been the same. . .

I slivered and I slivered — just that “wafer thin piece” — that’s how it went — faster than I want to confess.

I like my cheesecake straight-up, no topping, and that’s what this one was — perfect. Junior’s has it all though — for those who are not a purist, like me.

And now, I get that wicked catalog from Junior’s. I am so tempted to get another of those orange and white striped boxes delivered. But. . .an entire Junior’s cheesecake could too easily become my drug of choice, replacing even my dear Graeter’s ice cream.
