I've seen physical therapists, Chiropractors. my GP, several pain doctors-that is perhaps the most frustrating. You wait for an appointment for 6-8 weeks IN PAIN and they tell you they can't prescribe anything you need to see xxxxx. A pain doctor will give you a urine test to be sure you are not hooked on opioids looking for a
prescription.
Not one of these, "Doctors," have offered solutions. I'm no doctor. Not one has said what is obvious, to me. It is not easy. I should loose perhaps, 20-30 pounds. The hard part IS KEEPING IT OFF.
A good book is titled CROOKED. It is written by an author with back problems. It is a couple of years old. It does explore physical therapy. chiropractors, exercise, acupuncture, drugs, opioids and surgery. Surgery? I think we all know people who have gone for surgery over and over and over again.
Irony? Humor? Ponce de Leon discovered Florida. He was looking for the fountain of youth. What are all these old people doing here? Who is that old guy in my mirror?

Most people have a neck forward and not flexible spine from years of office work, computer screens, cell phones etc. need to look for a chiropractor that does more than adjust and tell you to come back each week. It likely can be treated. See my prior post with link to videos. Find one that has your symptoms. He will explain the issue and treatment. It was life changing.
You can get an evaluation and know quickly whether the therapy can help you for around 200 dollars
