I have something approaching a million miles in the air, I have been on 4 continents.
I am probably traveling to Germany in the next few days as I'm part of an Incident response team helping recover from a ransomware attack.
I _still_ HATE traveling east. I.E. Spring forward. 6 hours to Germany takes a couple days to get sorted. Coming back home west after a trip to Europe is a walk in the park(Fall back).
The exception is China. I don't care which way you go, 12 hours time change tends to make you a zombie for a few days.
Leave the time one way or another and I prefer light in the evening. It's stupid to keep flipping it.
