The 10oz package priced at $21.99 that you picked up and put into your cart indicated the price was $35/lb. You held it in your hand and you looked at the price. What more was the store supposed to do?
I do not believe their price on boneless prime rib eye was $24/lb on a Saturday but then increased by 67% to $32/lb by the following Wednesday and is still there today. It's more likely that you misread the website.
