I had a similar experience. I wanted to buy lamps, but they needed to be ordered. I kept having to call and remind the consultant what lamp I was interested in. She finally said it was in. We came in, no lamps. Finally, I was calling every day. When the lamps were at the store, the price had doubled. We had just waited five months for a bedroom set, our first purchase at Babettes. I felt we were treated like second class citizens. I will never purchase anything at Babetteās again. I have always had great customer service at Kents.
