As a recent graduate from fall 2021, at 22 years old I have an opportunity to work remotely for a company in Ocala. I have always looked at the villages as a place I want to live someday, and with this new job opportunity I was thinking I could rent here for a few years then buy something shortly down the road. I was offered a good paying job and can afford TV even with the surging housing costs.

I am a clean, organized, well-mannered young man who is tired of the constant late night partying college lifestyle and wants a community where everyone turns in for the evening early. I love golf, cooking and relaxing. What are everyone's thoughts on such a young neighbor?
