You sound like you have an attractive plan. I had been a Verizon customer for years for my wife and myself. I was paying about $245 per month for two phones, new iPhones at no cost once per year.

After seeing T-Mobile ads on TV I decided to check them out at their store in Spanish Springs next to Publix. Very nice service and response. We decided on two new iPhone 13's, plenty of service, and a free case, two year contract. Monthly cost? $128!

Since switching to T-Mobile I've noticed than when away from wi-fi we always get the strongest quality 5G signal--in our home, on the road, wherever.I haven't found a location in The Villages or anywhere nearby that we don't get the maximum strength 5G service, never a dropped call. Regarding streaming--I stream shows from the iPhone to my Samsung smart TV all the time. I can't remember not getting the strongest 5G signal, wherever we are. And the prospect of new free iPhones when the new ones are introduced is a pleasant prospect.

Phone plans are complicated and based on useage so the need to be analyzed. I'd strongly recommend evaluating your needs and comparing Verizon with T-Mobile. Actual service, dropped calls, etc. are impossible to evaluate from the store. All I can say is to repeat our experience that we always get the strongest possible 5G signal strength... at half the cost of Verizon!

I asked the T-Mobile rep how their prices could be so much cheaper. All I'll do is repeat his answer. "It probably has to do with the size of the companies. T-Mobile is owned by the huge European telecommunications company, Deutche Telecom. So T-Mobile and its parent company are probably ten times the size of Verizon."
