Personally I don’t care what developers do with there commercial property, it their property. But, I think it stinks when they go into district they sold out to decades ago and add housing.
Excuse me but they developed sold and moved on. IMO district 4 good example nearly 9000 residents built out 20 plus years ago, the District 4 supervisor’s allow’s 300 plus more.
Again, district 4 getting stuck with development problems with high dollar price tag. Not only did we have to suck up the lopez sinkhole feasco now add souliere to million dollar price tag. And no I don’t think a contractor can fix that problem estimate quoted.
