$99/yr for maintenance and they have a "plan" also for those that prefer a contract. The plan does include discounts on parts, etc. if you need it. The technician, Shawn, was very polite in making the "offers" to upgrade to a plan, etc. And I felt no pressure to sign up.

Very happy, I plan on using them again next year.
The problem with a service plan is that, when your AC fails in mid-July, are they going to come to your house immediately? I don't have a plan, but when my AC failed last summer on a Saturday, I was able on get it fixed the same day. I like being able to call any company that is available. Most companies will tell you that they provide priority service to their plan customers, but none of them will guarantee it.
