If, you get a nail in a tire, do not pull it out. It is usually a far slower leak with the nail in the hole than an opened hole. Driving on a flat tire, destroys the tire. Can't be repaired? Sometimes the goal is to sell you a new tire.
The best way to patch a tire, a tubeless tire, is not to use a plug but to take the tire off the rim and patch it on the inside.
